Common questions about the Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football from Funko (2020).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2020 football lineup, meaning it was manufactured in typical quantities and is generally available for purchase on the secondary market.
The Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football figure (SKU 36) is a common 2020 release that typically sells for approximately $10 to $15 in new condition. Because it is not a rare or limited edition item, its value remains low and largely consistent with standard Funko Football figures. Prices may fluctuate slightly based on current market demand, but it does not command a premium over similar non-championship figures.
To authenticate your Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football, first verify that the figure is manufactured by Funko and features the standard vinyl material with the correct paint application for the 2020 release. Check the packaging for the official Funko logo, the specific SKU number (36), and a valid UPC barcode, which should match records for that production run. Examine the seams and molding for consistency, as counterfeit figures often exhibit rough edges, misaligned parts, or low-quality printing on the box. If the item lacks these standard manufacturing markers or the packaging appears generic, it is likely a replica.
The Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football was released in 2020 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football figure, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase new from the manufacturer. Collectors looking to acquire this item must rely on the secondary market, such as eBay or other resale platforms, where prices and availability fluctuate based on condition and demand.
To grade a Presnel Kimpembe Pop! Football, you should submit the figure to a professional third-party grading service such as PSA, CGC, or Beckett, which will evaluate the item's condition and assign a numerical score. For a basic condition check, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections, and ensure the figure is securely seated in its original box with the window intact. If the box is damaged or the figure has been removed from its packaging, its value and gradeability will be significantly reduced.
