No, the Prison Guard Walker Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2013 lineup and was widely available through major retailers. While specific variants like Chase figures or special editions may be harder to find, the standard SKU 68 is a common collectible item.
I cannot find reliable information to determine the specific market value of the Prison Guard Walker Pop! Television (SKU 68) from 2013. Prices for this item fluctuate based on condition, packaging, and current collector demand, so I recommend checking recent sold listings on platforms like eBay for an accurate valuation.
To authenticate your Prison Guard Walker Pop! Television figure, verify that the SKU number 68 is printed on the bottom of the base and that the packaging displays the official Funko logo and copyright information. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation of the arms, and the specific sculpting details of the guard's uniform and helmet, as counterfeits often feature blurry logos or poor paint quality. While the 2013 release date aligns with the early seasons of The Walking Dead, definitive authentication of a specific vintage item may require comparison against known genuine examples from that production run, as detailed manufacturing records for individual 2013 units are not publicly available.
