The R.J. MacReady Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2024 release, meaning it was manufactured in typical volumes for the line. While specific production numbers for SKU 993 are not publicly disclosed, standard edition Pop! figures are generally widely available and not limited in quantity.
Determining the exact worth of the R.J. MacReady Pop! (SKU 993) requires checking current marketplaces like eBay or StockX for recent sold listings, as retail prices do not reflect collector value. As a 2024 release, its value is primarily driven by demand for the character and the specific game tie-in, so I recommend verifying live market data rather than relying on a fixed price.
To authenticate your R.J. MacReady Pop! Games figure, first verify that the packaging is a sealed, undamaged box with the correct SKU 993 and 2024 production date. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper joint articulation, and the distinctive Funko logo on the base. Compare the item against official Funko product images to check for color accuracy and proportion, and ensure the box includes the standard Funko branding and barcode. If the box is opened, check for the holographic seal or tamper-evident sticker on the box flap, which indicates the item has not been previously sold or returned.
