To authenticate your 2019 Rafiki (Flocked) Pop! (SKU 551), first verify that the flocked texture is uniform and consistent with the official product images, as counterfeit versions often feature patchy or overly smooth surfaces. Check the box for the correct SKU number, the Funko logo, and the "Made in China" label, ensuring the font and print quality match genuine releases. Inspect the vinyl for sharp, clean edges and proper paint application, as authentic Funko figures typically have a high level of detail and lack the rough seams common in fakes. If you remain uncertain, compare your figure side-by-side with verified listings from reputable secondary marketplaces or consult a professional authentication service.

The Rafiki (Flocked) Pop! Disney, SKU 551, is currently out of print and is no longer available for purchase new from Funko or its official retail partners. This specific flocked variant was a limited release from 2019, meaning any new copies are likely to be found only on the secondary market.
To condition-check a Rafiki (Flocked) Pop! Disney, inspect the flocked surface for any missing material, smudges, or uneven application, as this finish is particularly susceptible to wear and damage. Verify that the eyes are clean and free of scratches, and ensure the figure is securely seated in its window box without any loose parts. Because the flocked texture can obscure minor manufacturing defects, it is also advisable to check the base and joints for any stress marks or cracks that might not be immediately visible.
