Common questions about the Range Trooper from Lego (2018).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The LEGO Range Trooper (set 75536) is not considered rare, as it was a standard retail release in 2018 and remains widely available in new condition. Because it was part of a large production run for the Star Wars: The Last Jedi line, it does not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited editions or early discontinued sets.
The Range Trooper originally retailed for $24.99. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
To authenticate your LEGO set 75536, verify that the box and instruction manual display the correct 2018 release date and that the set number is clearly printed on the packaging. Check the physical bricks for the "LEGO" logo, which should be raised and crisp, and ensure the minifigure parts and accessories match the official 2018 Star Wars: The Last Jedi design specifications. If the packaging appears to be a reprint, confirm the specific print run details, as LEGO occasionally reissues sets with updated box art while maintaining the same internal components.

The LEGO Star Wars set 75536, known as the Range Trooper, is discontinued and no longer in production. It is not available for purchase directly from LEGO or major retailers as a new item. Collectors seeking this set must look to the secondary market, such as online resale platforms, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
To grade a LEGO set 75536, you should inspect the box for structural integrity, checking for crushed corners, scuffing, or significant wear on the printed artwork. Examine the plastic pieces for yellowing, which is common in older ABS plastic, and look for missing or damaged elements. If you are seeking a professional grade, services like LEGO Grading (LGC) or PSA will evaluate the set based on the condition of the box, the completeness of the contents, and the overall aesthetic quality of the pieces.
