Common questions about the Raptor (Pink Egg) Pop! Movies from Funko (2025).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Raptor (Pink Egg) Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2025 lineup, meaning it is widely available through regular retail channels and does not carry the limited production numbers associated with exclusive or chase variants.
As a 2025 release, the Raptor (Pink Egg) Pop! Movies figure is likely still within its initial retail window, meaning its value is generally anchored to its original retail price rather than a secondary market premium. Because the item is very new and has not yet established a long-term resale history, specific market value data is not yet available. You should expect it to trade at or near its MSRP until the initial supply stabilizes and collector demand patterns emerge.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Raptor (Pink Egg) from the 2025 release, first verify that the box includes the standard Funko logo, a barcode, and a copyright notice indicating the year of manufacture. Inspect the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper articulation, and the correct sculpt details, as counterfeit items often feature sloppy molding, off-color plastics, or missing accessories. You can cross-reference the SKU 1897 against Funko’s official product listings to confirm the item’s existence and expected packaging specifications. If the figure lacks these standard quality markers or the packaging appears generic, it is likely a replica.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Raptor (Pink Egg) Pop! Movies (SKU 1897) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko or authorized retailers. As a 2025 release, its availability may be limited to pre-orders or specific retail windows, and I recommend checking Funko's official website or major collectibles retailers for real-time stock status.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, mold lines, or misaligned eyes, while also verifying the box for any dents, creases, or damage to the window. For this specific 2025 release, you should confirm the SKU 1897 matches the product details to ensure authenticity. If you are seeking a formal grade for resale value, you can submit the item to a third-party grading service, though most collectors simply assess the item's condition as Mint, Near Mint, or Open Box based on visual inspection.
