No, the LEGO Star Wars Rebel Trooper Battle Pack (75164) is not considered rare. It was a widely distributed, low-cost set released in 2017 and remains readily available in the secondary market. Because it was produced in large quantities and is not a limited edition, it does not hold significant scarcity value.

To authenticate your LEGO set 75164, first verify that the box displays the official LEGO logo and the correct set number on the front and side panels. Check the bottom of the box for a printed batch code and a barcode that matches the SKU 75164. Inspect the physical pieces for high-quality molding, crisp printing, and the presence of the LEGO logo on the studs, as counterfeit items often feature blurry text, poor plastic quality, or missing logos. If the packaging and components align with these official characteristics, the set is likely genuine.
The Rebel Trooper Battle Pack was released in 2017 by Lego.
The LEGO Rebel Trooper Battle Pack (75164) is discontinued and no longer in print. It is no longer available to purchase new directly from LEGO or major retail partners, so collectors must seek out sealed sets from the secondary market.
Lego does not have an official grading service, so condition is typically assessed by collectors based on the presence of original packaging, unopened seals, and the absence of box damage or discoloration. For loose sets, you should verify that all minifigures, weapons, and accessories are present and free from significant wear, fading, or missing parts. If you require a certified condition report for resale, you can use third-party grading services, though these are not standardized for Lego products.
