No, the Rick Grimes Pop! Television figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the initial wave of The Walking Dead releases, and because it was manufactured in large quantities, it remains widely available on the secondary market. Collectors generally classify this specific SKU as a common entry-level figure rather than a scarce collectible.
The value of a Rick Grimes Pop! Television figure (SKU 13) varies significantly based on its condition, packaging, and current market demand, so a single fixed price does not exist. As a standard 2012 release, it is generally considered a common item, and its value is typically determined by checking recent completed sales on secondary markets like eBay. I cannot provide a specific real-time valuation without access to live market data, so I recommend consulting those platforms for the most accurate current pricing.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Television #13 Rick Grimes, verify that the box features the official Funko logo, the "Television" series branding, and the specific SKU number 13 printed on the bottom or side. Check the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, proper articulation of the joints, and the correct character likeness, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding or incorrect color schemes. While the 2012 date aligns with the series' launch, the most reliable method for confirming authenticity is to compare your item against high-resolution images of a verified genuine product from a reputable collector or the manufacturer's official catalog.

The Rick Grimes Pop! Television figure (SKU 13) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2012 release, it has been discontinued, meaning new copies are only available through the secondary market, such as online resale platforms or local collectibles shops.
There is no standardized third-party grading service for individual Funko Pop! figures, so you should assess the condition yourself by inspecting the vinyl for paint defects, scratches, or warping. Check the box for any damage, as the packaging significantly impacts the item's value to collectors. If the figure is sealed, its value is tied to the box condition; if loose, focus on the integrity of the head, hands, and base.
