No, the Ricky Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released by Funko in 2023 and is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. Because it is a common release, it does not carry the scarcity premium associated with limited editions, chase variants, or exclusive store releases.
There is no reliable market data available for a "Ricky" Funko Pop! Television figure with SKU 1325 released in 2023. This specific combination of character, product line, and SKU does not correspond to a known official release, so a valuation cannot be provided without further verification of the item's authenticity and correct identification.
I cannot determine the authenticity of a specific physical item without visual inspection, so I cannot confirm if your copy is real. To authenticate a Funko Pop!, you should verify that the packaging is sealed with the correct SKU (1325) and year (2023), and examine the figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding, and the official Funko logo on the base. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is highly likely to be genuine, but any signs of poor quality control or missing packaging elements may warrant further scrutiny.

Grading a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and mold lines, while also verifying that the eyes are intact and the packaging is free from significant damage. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on its condition. Be aware that standard Pop! figures are not typically graded by major sports card companies, so you should use services specifically experienced with pop culture collectibles.
