The Rocko Billy Pop! Fantastik Plastik is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2019. It is a common variant within the Fantastik Plastik line, making it relatively easy to find in retail stores and online marketplaces. Its accessibility distinguishes it from limited-edition or exclusive releases.
The Rocko Billy Pop! Fantastik Plastik (SKU 17) is a limited edition vinyl figure released by Funko in 2019. As a collectible, its value depends heavily on condition, packaging, and market demand, with sealed figures typically commanding a premium over loose ones. To authenticate your 2019 Rocko Billy Pop! Fantastik Plastik, first verify the box seal is intact and check that the SKU 17 is printed on the box, matching the official catalog listing for that year. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp edges, and the correct "Fantastik Plastik" colorway, which typically features a specific color scheme distinct from standard Rocko Billy figures. Compare the figure's proportions and facial details against high-resolution images of the authentic 2019 release, paying close attention to the eyes and mouth molding, as these are common points of failure in counterfeits. If the box shows signs of tampering or the vinyl feels unusually light or heavy compared to known authentic units, the item may be a replica.

The Rocko Billy Pop! Fantastik Plastik (SKU 17) is generally considered out of print, as Funko has discontinued the original Fantastik Plastik line. While you may still find new-in-box units from remaining retail inventory, they are increasingly rare and often command a premium price.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, first inspect the vinyl body for cracks, chips, or paint defects, paying close attention to the head and any accessories. Check the box for dents, scuffs, or faded printing, as box condition significantly impacts resale value. If you are grading it for a professional service like PSA or Beckett, ensure the figure is in its original, unopened box, as most grading services require the item to be sealed in its factory packaging.
