While its current market value may fluctuate based on condition and demand, it does not possess the limited production numbers or exclusivity factors that typically define rare collectibles.
The value of the 2019 Romeo Pop! Movies (SKU 708) varies significantly based on condition and market demand, but it is generally a low-value item. To authenticate your 2019 Romeo Pop! (SKU 708), first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko logo and that the figure inside has the correct glossy finish and paint application typical of the 2019 production run. Check the bottom of the figure for the standard Funko branding and ensure the plastic is solid without the rough seams, air bubbles, or off-color paint often found in counterfeits. Funko has discontinued the Romeo Pop! Movies vinyl figure (SKU 708), meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from official retailers. This item is now considered out of print, so availability is limited to the secondary market through resellers or collectors.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, mold lines, or misaligned parts, while also verifying that the box is free of creases, tears, or significant wear. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's condition. Be aware that grading fees and turnaround times vary by service, and the process is not necessary if you are simply reselling the item as a standard collectible.
