No, the Roy "The Professor" Hinkley Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2023 catalog and was widely available through major retailers. While specific variants like Chase figures are rare, this standard SKU is a common item in the collectible market.
There is no reliable market data available to determine the specific value of the 2023 Roy "The Professor" Hinkley Pop! Television figure (SKU 1333). As a niche character from a limited television series, this item likely has a low secondary market presence, meaning its value is generally tied to its original retail price rather than a fluctuating collector's premium.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Television Roy "The Professor" Hinkley, verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the specific SKU number 1333, and a scannable QR code that links to the product page. The figure itself should have a smooth, uniform plastic finish with clear, crisp printing on the face and body, lacking the rough seams, paint bleed, or misaligned eyes often found in counterfeits. If the packaging feels flimsy or the text is blurry, it is advisable to compare the item directly against high-resolution images from the official Funko website or a reputable retailer to confirm its legitimacy.

I cannot confirm the current print status of this specific Funko Pop! figure with certainty, as inventory availability fluctuates and official discontinuation announcements are not always publicly detailed. To determine if it is still in print, you should check the "In Stock" status on the official Funko website or contact their customer support directly, as third-party retailers often list out-of-print items as available for sale.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, misaligned eyes, or seam lines, and verifying that the packaging is intact with no tears, dents, or shelf wear. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and box's preservation. Keep in mind that grading fees can be high relative to the item's value, so many collectors prefer to simply document the condition with photographs rather than seeking a certified grade.
