Common questions about the Sabretooth Timed Edition from Mondo (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Mondo's "Timed Edition" designation indicates a limited production run released during a specific promotional window, making it rarer than their standard open-edition prints. While exact print numbers for this specific 2023 release are not publicly documented in a single authoritative source, the timed nature of the release inherently restricts availability compared to ongoing editions.
The Sabretooth Timed Edition originally retailed for $240.00. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
Mondo’s 2023 Sabretooth Timed Edition is a limited-run art print, and authenticity is typically confirmed by the presence of a numbered certificate of authenticity, a foil stamp, and the distinctive Mondo logo on the reverse. Verify that the edition number matches the certificate and that the print quality, paper stock, and color fidelity align with the official release specifications. If the item lacks these hallmarks or the certificate is missing, it may be a reproduction or mislabeled.
The Sabretooth Timed Edition was released in 2023 by Mondo.
The Mondo Sabretooth Timed Edition is no longer in print, as timed editions are produced in limited quantities and discontinued once the sales window closes. You can still find new, unopened copies on the secondary market, though prices often exceed the original retail price due to scarcity.
Mondo prints are generally not sent to major third-party grading services like PSA or CGC, so grading is typically done visually by the owner or a specialist. To condition-check the print, inspect the edges for dog-earing, check the surface for creases or fingerprints, and verify the color accuracy against the original artwork. For a definitive assessment, consult a Mondo-authorized dealer or a print specialist who can evaluate the specific paper stock and registration quality.
