Common questions about the Sam as Leprechaun Pop! Disney from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Sam as Leprechaun Pop! is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2022 Disney lineup. It was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels during its release window. While specific production numbers are not publicly disclosed, its status as a regular catalog item rather than a limited edition or exclusive makes it relatively easy to find in new condition.
The Sam as Leprechaun Pop! Disney (SKU 1289) is a standard retail collectible that typically sells for between $10 and $15 in new condition on the secondary market. Because it is a common item from a major franchise, its value does not significantly exceed its original retail price unless it is sealed in a special edition box or part of a complete set. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on current local availability and shipping costs.
To authenticate your Sam as Leprechaun Pop! (SKU 1289), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and displays the correct character name, number, and copyright information. Inspect the figure itself for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the standard Funko "pop" eyes, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing or poor paint quality. You can also cross-reference the SKU and release year against Funko's official product database to confirm the item's legitimacy.
The Sam as Leprechaun Pop! Disney was released in 2022 by Funko.
I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Sam as Leprechaun Pop! (SKU 1289) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2022 release, it is likely out of production, and availability is typically limited to the secondary market.
To condition-check a Sam as Leprechaun Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl surface under bright light for scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the face and the leprechaun hat. Verify that the figure is seated correctly in the window with no visible gaps or misalignment, and ensure the box is free of significant dents, creases, or tape residue. For a formal grade, you can submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on these factors, though many collectors simply assess the item's "mint in box" status visually.
