No, the Sam Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2020 that is widely available on the secondary market, typically trading for significantly less than its original retail price.
There is no widely recognized Funko Pop! figure named "Sam" in the Movies category with SKU 1036 from 2020, suggesting the item name or SKU provided may be incorrect. Without a verifiable product match, it is not possible to provide a reliable market value. I recommend verifying the exact character name and SKU against official Funko listings to determine accurate pricing.
There is no record of a Funko Pop! Movies figure with SKU 1036 featuring a character named "Sam" released in 2020. Because this specific item does not appear in official Funko production databases, it is likely a misidentified SKU, a custom third-party product, or a counterfeit. To authenticate a genuine Funko Pop!, you should verify the SKU on the box against the official Funko website and inspect the figure for consistent paint application, sharp molding, and the correct copyright date on the base.

The Sam Pop! Movies vinyl figure (SKU 1036) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It was released in 2020 as part of a limited production run, meaning it is now only available through the secondary market from third-party resellers.
Condition-checking a Sam Pop! Movie involves inspecting the vinyl figure for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, seams, or cracks, and verifying that the head is properly seated on the body. You should also examine the acrylic display box for scratches, dents, or cloudiness, as the box condition significantly impacts the item's value. While third-party grading services like PSA can authenticate and grade the item, most collectors assess condition visually by comparing the figure and box against known production standards for the 2020 release.
