There is no single fixed value for a 2022 Sam Pop! Movies figure, as its worth depends heavily on its condition and whether it remains sealed in its original box. Generally, these standard movie character figures trade for between $5 and $15 on the secondary market, with unopened copies typically commanding the higher end of that range.
To authenticate your 2022 Sam Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1242), examine the paint quality, ensuring there are no significant drips, air bubbles, or misaligned details on the face and clothing. Verify that the figure stands level on its base and that the plastic feels solid without excessive flexing, which can indicate a counterfeit. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint chips, scratches, or misprints, and verifying that the box is free from significant damage, creases, or fading. If the item is sealed, you can use a black light to check for box integrity and ensure the seal is unbroken. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's condition.
