Sideshow Collectibles did not release a 1/6th scale "Squad Leader: Tatooine" Sandtrooper figure in 2010, as the company's early Star Wars lineup focused on characters like Darth Vader, Han Solo, and Boba Fett. Because this specific item does not appear in Sideshow's official production records for that year, it is likely a misidentified product, a third-party reproduction, or a fictional listing. To authenticate any figure, you should verify the manufacturer's logo, packaging, and sculpt quality against official Sideshow release catalogs, but in this case, the item described does not correspond to a known genuine release.

The Sideshow Collectibles Sandtrooper (Squad Leader: Tatooine) from 2010 is out of print and no longer available to purchase new from the manufacturer. This item is a discontinued product, so any new copies found on the market are likely resold inventory or reissues, not fresh production runs.
Condition-checking a Sideshow Collectibles Sandtrooper (Squad Leader: Tatooine) involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint transfer, hairline cracks in the plastic, and discoloration of the tan and white elements. You should also verify that the included accessories, such as the blaster and helmet, are intact and free from stress fractures. Since this is a 2010 release, check for yellowing in the clear plastic parts and ensure the figure is securely assembled without loose joints. There is no standardized third-party grading service for this specific action figure, so grading is typically done subjectively by collectors based on these visual and structural factors.
