No, the Sara Ryder (N7) Pop! Games figure is not considered rare. It was part of a standard mass-production wave released in 2017 to coincide with the launch of Mass Effect: Andromeda, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online. While its value may fluctuate based on condition and demand, it is a common item in the Funko Pop! Games lineup.
The 2017 Funko Pop! Sara Ryder (N7) #187 is a standard mass-produced vinyl figure, and its value is primarily determined by condition and whether it is in the box. As a common item from a major franchise, it typically sells for a modest price in the secondary market, generally ranging from $5 to $15 for a loose figure and slightly higher if sealed in its original packaging. Prices can fluctuate based on current demand for Mass Effect merchandise, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its exact current market value.
To authenticate your Sara Ryder (N7) Pop! Games figure, verify that the box displays the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Games" branding, and the correct SKU number 187 on the side or bottom. Inspect the figure for high-quality paint application, consistent plastic molding, and the standard Funko "Pop!" logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing, loose joints, or off-color plastics. While there is no single definitive serial number for this specific 2017 release, comparing the packaging and figure details against known authentic examples from reputable retailers is the most reliable method for verification.

To grade a Sara Ryder (N7) Pop! vinyl figure, you must first ensure it is in its original, unopened packaging, as grading services like PSA, CGC, and Beckett only accept sealed items. The grading process involves a professional inspection of the box for defects such as creases, dents, or fading, which determines the final numerical grade. If the figure is already opened, it cannot be professionally graded, and its value is assessed based on the physical condition of the vinyl itself, including any paint chips, scratches, or missing parts.
