Common questions about the Scarecrow Impopster Pop! Heroes from Funko (2016).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Scarecrow Impopster Pop! Heroes is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-produced release from Funko's 2016 Impopster series. Because it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces at the time of its launch, it is generally easy to find in mint condition today. Its value remains low compared to limited-edition or exclusive variants, making it a common collectible for fans of the character.
The value of a Funko Pop! Scarecrow Impopster (SKU 125) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is in the box. Generally, an unopened, mint-condition figure retails for approximately $15 to $25, while a loose figure in good condition typically sells for $5 to $10. Prices can fluctuate slightly depending on current market demand and the specific platform used for sale.
To authenticate your 2016 Scarecrow Impopster Pop! (SKU 125), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and the specific Impopster branding, which typically includes a black background with white text. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and a secure base, as counterfeit versions often exhibit sloppy painting, misaligned eyes, or flimsy plastic. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright mark and ensure the packaging includes a holographic security sticker, which was standard for Funko releases during that period. If the item lacks these specific manufacturing details or the box art appears low-resolution, it is likely a reproduction.
The Scarecrow Impopster Pop! Heroes was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Scarecrow Impopster Pop! Heroes (SKU 125) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase directly from Funko. As a 2016 release, it is considered out of production, meaning new units can only be found through third-party resellers or the secondary market.
Funko does not offer an official grading service for Pop! figures, so there is no standardized numerical grade for this item. To condition-check the Scarecrow Impopster, you should inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and seam lines, while also verifying that the box is free of major damage, fading, or tampering. For a formal valuation, you can submit the figure to third-party grading companies like PSA, which will assign a score based on their specific criteria for vinyl collectibles.
