Sideshow Collectibles is a reputable manufacturer, so a Scout Trooper figure from 2015 is likely authentic if it was purchased from an authorized retailer. To verify authenticity, inspect the packaging for high-quality printing, correct Sideshow branding, and a valid UPC code, while checking the figure itself for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the presence of the Sideshow logo on the base or packaging. If the item lacks these quality markers or was bought from an unverified third-party seller, consider contacting Sideshow customer service with photos for a definitive assessment.

The Sideshow Collectibles Scout Trooper from 2015 is a discontinued item and is no longer in print. It is not available to purchase new directly from Sideshow Collectibles. Collectors must seek out this figure on the secondary market, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
Sideshow Collectibles does not issue official grading certificates for its 1/6th scale figures, so there is no standardized professional grading scale for this specific item. To assess condition, you should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint transfer, chipped plastic, or loose joints, and compare the item against high-resolution images of a known pristine example. If you require a formal valuation for insurance or sale, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service that specializes in action figures, though this is less common than for trading cards.
