No, the Selina Kyle Pop! Rides figure is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release from Funko's 2022 Rides series and was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific variants like Chase or Glow-in-the-Dark editions may have lower production numbers, the standard SKU 281 figure is a common item in the collectible market.
The value of the 2022 Selina Kyle Pop! Rides (SKU 281) fluctuates based on market conditions, but it generally sells for between $15 and $25 in mint condition. Prices for this specific variant are typically lower than standard Batman or Selina Kyle figures due to the niche nature of the Rides line. For the most accurate current valuation, you should check recent sold listings on secondary marketplaces like eBay.
To authenticate your 2022 Selina Kyle Pop! Rides (SKU 281), verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a smooth, uniform finish and that the paint application is clean without visible brush marks or bleeding. Check that the packaging is a standard Funko Pop! box with a clear window, and ensure the SKU number 281 and copyright information are clearly printed on the box and the figure's base. While Funko does not include individual certificates of authenticity for standard retail items, you can cross-reference the item's appearance and packaging details against official Funko product listings to confirm it matches the genuine 2022 release.

Funko has discontinued the Selina Kyle Pop! Rides (SKU 281), meaning it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. While it may occasionally appear in the secondary market, it is not currently available through official Funko retail channels.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Rides figure involves inspecting the vinyl character for surface scratches, paint chips, or molding defects, as well as verifying that the vehicle base is free from cracks and that the wheels spin freely. You should also examine the packaging for signs of wear, such as box crushing, shelf wear, or faded printing, which significantly impacts the item's value. Unlike traditional trading cards, these figures are not typically submitted to third-party grading services like PSA or CGC, so their value is determined by their physical state and whether they remain in original, unopened packaging.
