Common questions about the Shadow Freddy Pop! Games from Funko (2016).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Shadow Freddy Pop! Games figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2016. While specific production numbers for this SKU are not publicly disclosed by Funko, the item was widely available through major retailers and has not been designated as a limited edition or exclusive variant.
The value of a 2016 Shadow Freddy Pop! Games figure varies significantly based on its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box. As a common item from a widely distributed line, the unopened retail price typically ranges from $10 to $20, while loose figures generally sell for less. There is no premium collector market for this specific SKU, so it does not command a high resale value beyond its original retail price.
To authenticate your 2016 Shadow Freddy Pop! Games (SKU 126), first verify that the figure is made of vinyl and features the standard Funko Pop! head-to-body ratio with a distinct, slightly oversized head. Check the base for a clean, molded "Funko" logo and ensure the paint application is consistent without significant bleeding or air bubbles, which are common signs of counterfeits. While Funko does not issue individual certificates of authenticity for standard vinyl figures, you can cross-reference the specific mold lines and color accuracy against high-resolution images from the official Funko website or reputable collector communities to confirm it matches the original 2016 production run.
The Shadow Freddy Pop! Games was released in 2016 by Funko.
The Shadow Freddy Pop! Games figure (SKU 126) is discontinued and no longer in print. It is not available to buy new from Funko or major retail partners, meaning any listings for new stock are likely inaccurate or refer to sealed inventory from the 2016 release period.
To condition-check a Shadow Freddy Pop! Games, inspect the vinyl surface for any cracks, chips, or paint transfer, paying close attention to the seams and the base where stress often accumulates. Verify that the eyes are intact and the paint is not faded, as these figures are prone to minor cosmetic wear. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a third-party grading service such as PSA, which will evaluate the item's overall appearance and assign a numerical score based on their specific grading standards.
