To grade a Shimo Pop! Movies figure, first inspect the vinyl for any manufacturing defects such as seams, paint overspray, or chipped edges, as these significantly impact value. Verify that the figure is in its original, unopened packaging with a clean, undamaged box and intact hang tab, since sealed condition is the primary determinant of price for most collectors. If you require a professional certification for high-value items, you can submit the figure to a third-party grading service, though this is rarely necessary for standard retail releases.
