Common questions about the Shuri Pop! Comic Covers from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Shuri Pop! Comic Covers figure is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-production release from Funko’s 2022 lineup. Like most standard edition Pop! figures, it was widely distributed to retail stores and online retailers, making it relatively easy to find in new condition.
The Shuri Pop! Comic Covers figure from 2022 does not have a widely established fixed market value, as prices for Funko Pop! items fluctuate based on condition, packaging integrity, and current demand. To determine its specific worth, you should check recent completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay or StockX, as these platforms provide the most accurate reflection of what collectors are currently paying.
Authenticating a Funko Pop! figure like the Shuri Comic Covers edition relies primarily on examining the packaging and the figure's physical details. Look for a holographic sticker on the box, a clear and legible barcode, and a well-formed seal, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or poor plastic quality. The figure itself should have smooth, consistent paint application without drips or gaps, and the base should be sturdy and properly aligned. If the item lacks these standard manufacturing markers, it is likely a replica.
The Shuri Pop! Comic Covers was released in 2022 by Funko.
Funko has not publicly confirmed that the Shuri Pop! Comic Covers figure is currently in print, and availability for new purchases fluctuates significantly across retailers. Because this item is part of a specific 2022 release wave, it is frequently sold out in major stores, making it more common to find in used condition on secondary markets.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, particularly on the head, hands, and base. For the Shuri Comic Covers variant, you should also verify that the printed comic cover insert is intact, free of creases, and securely attached to the base if applicable. While professional grading services like PSA or CGC exist for collectibles, they are rarely used for standard vinyl figures, so most collectors rely on visual inspection and high-resolution photos to assess condition.
