No, the Simon Basset Pop! Television is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released by Funko in 2023 as part of the Bridgerton series, meaning it was widely distributed and is generally easy to find in retail stores or online.
The Simon Basset Pop! Television figure (SKU 1467) typically retails for approximately $12.00 to $15.00. As a standard mass-produced vinyl figure, its value generally remains near the retail price unless the item is sold in a sealed, unopened box, which may command a slight premium.
To authenticate your Simon Basset Pop! Television (SKU 1467), verify that the figure is made of solid vinyl with a matte finish and that the box features the official Funko logo and barcode. Check that the character's sculpting matches the 2023 release specifications, particularly the facial features and clothing details, and ensure the box is free from signs of tampering such as resealed tape or mismatched printing. If the item lacks the standard Funko branding or the vinyl feels like a cheaper plastic, it is likely a counterfeit.

The Simon Basset Pop! Television (SKU 1467) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. As a 2023 release, it has been discontinued, meaning any new units found on the market are likely from remaining retail stock or are resold items.
To condition-check a Simon Basset Pop! Television, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and any signs of stress cracking, paying close attention to the head and hands where damage is most common. Verify that the eyes are intact and properly aligned, and ensure the figure stands upright without wobbling, which can indicate a loose internal joint. If you are seeking a professional grade, submit the figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the item’s overall condition and assign a numerical score based on their specific grading standards.
