The Snake Eyes with Timber Pop! Retro Toys (SKU 78) is not considered rare, as it was part of a widely distributed retail release by Funko in 2021. These figures were commonly available through major retailers and online marketplaces during that period, making them relatively easy to find in new or used condition today.
The Snake Eyes with Timber Pop! Retro Toys (SKU 78) is a standard retail Funko Pop! figure that typically sells for $10 to $15 in new, unopened condition. I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without visual inspection or access to the product's packaging and manufacturing details. Generally, authentic Funko Pop! figures feature a distinct glossy finish, precise paint application, and a sealed box with the official Funko logo and barcode, whereas counterfeits often exhibit poor paint quality, plastic seams, and packaging errors. The Snake Eyes with Timber Pop! Retro Toys figure (SKU 78) is considered out of print. Funko typically discontinues specific retro collaborations once their initial production run is sold out, meaning this item is no longer available to buy new directly from the manufacturer. Collectors seeking this specific figure generally must look for used or pre-owned copies on the secondary market.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and molding defects, while also verifying that the head is properly aligned and not loose on the body. For the Snake Eyes with Timber variant, pay close attention to the wood-grain texture on the Timber figure, as this finish is particularly susceptible to scuffing and fading. Additionally, ensure the box is free of significant dents, creases, or tape residue, as these factors significantly impact the item's value for collectors seeking a sealed product.
