To authenticate your Snake Plissken Pop! Movies (SKU 1008), first verify that the box features the correct 2020 release branding and that the figure itself displays the specific sculpt details, such as the leather jacket texture and facial features, consistent with the official product. Check the bottom of the figure for a molded copyright mark and the SKU number, which should read 1008, and ensure the vinyl has a uniform, high-quality finish without visible mold lines or paint overspray. If the figure lacks these specific manufacturing markers or the box art does not match the 2020 edition, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it side-by-side with verified images from Funko's official catalog is the most reliable next step.

While professional grading services like PSA can provide a standardized condition score, most collectors simply assess the figure based on its visual appeal and the integrity of its packaging.
