Sideshow Collectibles did not release a standalone Snowtrooper figure in 2013, as the company's primary 2013 Star Wars releases were focused on the Rogue One and original trilogy lines, which did not include this specific character. Consequently, a figure claiming to be a 2013 Sideshow Snowtrooper is likely a misidentified item, a third-party reproduction, or a counterfeit, as no such official product exists in the manufacturer's catalog for that year. To authenticate the item, you should compare its packaging, sculpt details, and base markings against verified images of actual 2013 Sideshow releases to confirm it is not a mislabeled product from a different manufacturer or year.

The Sideshow Collectibles Snowtrooper from 2013 is a limited edition product and is no longer in print. It is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, and current availability is restricted to the secondary market through third-party resellers.
Sideshow Collectibles does not issue official grading certificates for their statues, so you must rely on third-party grading services like CGC for a formal condition assessment. To self-check the condition, inspect the paint for scratches, chips, or fading, and examine the sculpt for stress fractures or hairline cracks, particularly on thin limbs and the helmet. Verify that all parts, such as the blaster and shield, are securely attached and free from discoloration, noting that any original packaging or display bases significantly impact the item's value.
