To grade a Sideshow Collectibles Snowtrooper Commander, you should submit the figure to a professional third-party grading service such as Beckett Grading Services (BGS) or the Professional Grading Services (PGS) division of the Entertainment Collectors Convention (ECC). These services will evaluate the figure's condition based on specific criteria including paint integrity, sculpt quality, and the presence of any manufacturing defects or damage, assigning it a numerical score out of 10. For a preliminary self-assessment, inspect the figure under bright light for paint chips, hairline cracks, or stress marks, particularly on high-stress points like the joints and the blaster, as these are common areas for wear on 2018-era Sideshow releases.
