Funko has discontinued the Sorcerer Mickey 10" Pop! (SKU 993), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from official retail channels. There is no standardized third-party grading service for Funko Pop! figures, so condition assessment is done visually by the seller or buyer. You should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint overspray, chipped plastic, scratches, and misaligned eyes, paying particular attention to the hat and staff which are prone to damage. Check the box for any signs of wear, and note that the 10-inch size makes it more susceptible to shipping damage than standard 3.75-inch figures.
