Mondo's Spider-Man: The Animated Series poster is a limited edition print with a production run of 1,000 copies, making it a collectible item with a defined scarcity. While it is not considered ultra-rare compared to small-batch artist proofs, its limited availability and the popularity of the franchise mean that secondary market prices often exceed the original retail value.
The Spider Man The Animated Series Limited Edition originally retailed for $240.00. Live secondary-market data isn't indexed yet — check eBay sold listings for current value.
Mondo is a reputable manufacturer that produces high-quality, officially licensed art prints, so a genuine item will typically feature specific hallmarks such as a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, a distinct embossed or foil logo, and high-resolution printing on premium paper stock. To authenticate your piece, verify that the serial number on the print matches the number on the accompanying certificate and check for the presence of the Mondo logo, which is often embossed or printed in a specific corner. If the item lacks these standard features, appears to have low-quality printing, or was purchased from an unverified third-party seller, it may be a reproduction, and you should contact Mondo directly or consult a professional appraiser for a definitive assessment.
The Spider Man The Animated Series Limited Edition was released in 2024 by Mondo.
Mondo typically produces its limited edition art prints in fixed, numbered runs that are not reprinted once sold out. Consequently, the 2024 Spider-Man: The Animated Series print is likely no longer available to buy new from the manufacturer. Collectors generally must seek out secondary market options, such as eBay or specialized art print resellers, to acquire this item.
Mondo does not issue official grading or condition reports for their prints, so there is no standardized internal scale to reference. To assess the condition of your piece, you should examine the physical media for common defects such as creases, scuffs, or fading, and compare it against the specific print details listed on the certificate of authenticity. For a formal valuation or condition report, you would need to consult a third-party professional appraiser or a reputable auction house that handles pop culture collectibles.
