Common questions about the Squints Pop! Movies from Funko (2018).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Squints Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released in 2018. Like most standard Funko Pop! releases from that period, it was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While older figures may command higher prices due to age, this specific SKU does not have limited production numbers or exclusive distribution that would classify it as a rare collectible.
The specific value of the 2018 Funko Pop! Movies Squints (SKU 569) depends heavily on its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed box, as prices fluctuate based on current market demand. Generally, these figures trade for significantly less than their original retail price in the secondary market, often ranging from a few dollars for loose copies to slightly higher amounts for sealed items, but I cannot provide a precise current valuation without real-time inventory data.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Movies Squints (SKU 569), first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the standard "Funko" logo on the base. Check for consistent paint application, proper eye alignment, and the correct plastic texture, as counterfeit figures often feature sloppy paint jobs, misaligned parts, or a rougher plastic feel. If you are still uncertain, you can submit photos of the figure and its packaging to the Funko community forums or contact Funko customer service directly for a definitive verification.
The Squints Pop! Movies was released in 2018 by Funko.
The Squints Pop! Movies figure (SKU 569) is no longer in print and is not available to buy new from Funko. It was part of a limited-edition series released in 2018, so any new copies found today are likely resealed used items or counterfeits.
To condition-check a Squints Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface under bright light for scratches, scuffs, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the eyes and mouth where defects are most common. Verify that the figure is securely seated in its original box with the window intact, as the packaging is a significant factor in the item's value. If you are seeking a professional grade, submit the unopened figure to a third-party grading service, which will assign a score based on the condition of both the box and the figure inside.
