Common questions about the Steven McTowelie Pop! South Park from Funko (2022).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
Steven McTowelie is a standard production South Park Pop! figure released in 2022, so it is not considered rare in the collectibles market. As a regular SKU (41) without special variants like chases or exclusives, it is widely available and typically trades at or near retail value.
The value of the 2022 Steven McTowelie Pop! South Park figure varies significantly based on condition, with unopened retail boxes typically trading between $10 and $20. Because this is a standard production item rather than a limited edition, prices generally remain stable near retail value unless the figure is sealed in a special display case. For the most accurate current market price, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is recommended.
There is no record of a Steven McTowelie Pop! figure released by Funko in 2022, as the character is a one-off parody and not part of the standard South Park lineup. Because this specific item does not exist in the official catalog, any figure you possess with that description is likely a counterfeit, a custom third-party creation, or a misidentified product. To authenticate your item, compare its packaging, logo, and sculpt quality against verified images of official Funko releases, noting that genuine products feature specific SKU numbers and manufacturer details that are absent from unauthorized items.

Funko has not officially announced a discontinuation of the Steven McTowelie Pop! Vinyl Figure, so it is likely still in print. However, availability can fluctuate significantly, and the figure is frequently out of stock at major retailers. You should check current listings on Funko's official website or authorized retailers to confirm immediate availability.
Condition-checking a Steven McTowelie Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, with particular attention to the towel prop and any small accessories that are prone to damage. You should also verify that the figure is securely seated within the window box and that the packaging is free from significant dents, creases, or fading, as these factors significantly impact resale value. While third-party grading services like PSA can assign a numerical score, most collectors rely on visual inspection of the figure and box condition to determine its state.
