Common questions about the Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's Disney line that was widely distributed in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific color variants or limited edition releases may have lower production numbers, the standard version remains easily accessible to most collectors.
The value of a Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney figure varies significantly based on its specific edition, condition, and current market demand, with standard retail versions typically selling for between $10 and $20. Limited edition variants, such as Chase or Exclusive releases, can command much higher prices, often ranging from $50 to over $100 depending on rarity. For an accurate appraisal, it is best to check recent sold listings on platforms like eBay or collectibles marketplaces, as prices fluctuate with market trends.
There is no official Funko Pop! figure released under the specific title "Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney." While Funko has produced numerous Disney Pop! figures featuring Sulley and Boo individually, and occasional two-pack sets of other characters, a dedicated two-pack of these two specific characters does not appear in the standard Funko catalog. If you are holding a figure with this description, it is likely a counterfeit, a mislabeled item, or a confusion with a different product such as a Disney Store vinyl figure. To authenticate any Funko item, check for the official Funko logo on the packaging, verify the product number against the Funko website, and inspect the figure for poor paint application, misaligned seams, or a missing copyright stamp on the base.
The specific release date for the Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney vinyl figure is not reliably documented in public records. While Funko releases its Disney line in periodic waves throughout the year, exact launch dates for individual figures are often not tracked with precision.
The Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney figure is currently out of print and is no longer sold as new by Funko. While it may occasionally appear in limited restocks or through third-party retailers, it is generally considered a discontinued item that is primarily available on the secondary market.
To condition-check a Sulley & Boo Pop! Disney, examine the vinyl surface under bright light for any cracks, chips, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the seams and the base. Verify that the figure is properly seated on its stand and that the eyes are intact, as these are common points of damage. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a professional third-party grading service, though most standard Pop! figures are not typically graded for investment purposes due to their mass production.
