Common questions about the Super Sonic Pop! Games from Funko (2024).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Super Sonic Pop! Games figure (SKU 923) is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item released by Funko in 2024. It is widely available through major retailers and secondary markets, meaning it does not possess the limited production numbers or exclusive distribution channels that typically define rarity in the collectibles market.
The Super Sonic Pop! Games figure (SKU 923) is a standard retail item released in 2024, and its value is primarily determined by current market demand for Sonic the Hedgehog collectibles. As a recent release, it typically trades near its original retail price, with sealed copies potentially commanding a slight premium if the item becomes scarce. There is no established secondary market premium for this specific SKU at this time, so its worth is best assessed by checking current listings on resale platforms.
Funko does not provide a centralized public database for individual serial number verification on standard Pop! vinyl figures. To authenticate your Super Sonic Pop! Games figure, you should inspect the packaging for the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 923, and a valid UPC barcode, while checking the vinyl for consistent paint application and the standard "Funko" branding on the base. If the item was purchased from an authorized retailer, it is highly likely to be genuine, as counterfeit Funko products are relatively rare compared to other collectible brands.

I cannot find reliable information confirming that the Super Sonic Pop! Games figure (SKU 923) is currently in print or available for purchase new from Funko. As a 2024 release, its availability may fluctuate, so checking current stock on Funko's official website or authorized retailers is recommended to verify its status.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! figure primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface defects such as scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, as well as verifying that the eyes are aligned and the figure is not loose in its base. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which evaluates the figure on a 10-point scale based on these visual factors. It is important to note that the original box and insert card are not part of the figure's grade, so any damage to the packaging does not affect the numerical score assigned to the vinyl itself.
