No, the T-Bone Pop! Fantastik Plastik is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2017 and remains widely available in both new and used condition.
The value of a T-Bone Pop! Fantastik Plastik from 2017 varies significantly based on its condition and whether it remains in the original sealed packaging. As a standard, non-exclusive vinyl figure from a popular line, it typically sells for a modest amount, often ranging from $5 to $15 for loose figures and slightly higher for sealed boxes. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the specific platform where the item is listed.
It is not possible to definitively authenticate a specific Funko Pop! figure as genuine without a physical inspection, as high-quality counterfeits exist. You can verify the item by checking for the official Funko logo on the base, ensuring the packaging has the correct UPC and barcode, and confirming that the SKU 04 matches the 2017 release of the T-Bone character from the Fantastik Plastik line. If the figure feels unusually light, has poor paint application, or the box lacks standard security features, it may be a replica.
The T-Bone Pop! Fantastik Plastik was released in 2017 by Funko.
The T-Bone Pop! from the Fantastik Plastik line is no longer in print, as Funko discontinued the entire Fantastik Plastik series in 2018. Consequently, you cannot purchase this item new from official retailers, and availability is currently limited to the secondary market where prices are often significantly higher than the original retail value.
It is important to clarify that "T-Bone" is not a character produced by Funko, and there is no official Funko Pop! figure by that name in their catalog. The item described appears to be a misidentification or a confusion with a different manufacturer's product, as Funko does not produce a line called "Fantastik Plastik." Consequently, standard grading protocols for Funko Pops do not apply to this specific item, and you should verify the actual manufacturer and character name before attempting to assess its condition.
