Common questions about the TARDIS 6" Pop! Television from Funko (2015).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The TARDIS 6" Pop! Television (SKU 227) is not considered rare. It was part of the standard Doctor Who collection released by Funko in 2015, and it was produced in large quantities. While it is a popular item among collectors, its common production run means it is generally easy to find in both new and used markets.
The 2015 Funko Pop! Television TARDIS (SKU 227) is a vintage item, and its value depends heavily on condition and whether it is still in the original box. In good condition with the box intact, it typically sells for roughly $30 to $50, while unboxed or damaged copies trade for less. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand for Doctor Who merchandise, so checking recent completed sales on resale platforms is the most reliable way to determine its exact current worth.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! TARDIS (SKU 227), first verify the packaging: the box should be a standard 6-inch Pop! Television series box with the correct "Doctor Who" branding and the specific SKU 227 printed on the side or bottom. Inspect the figure itself for the characteristic matte vinyl finish, the iconic blue police box design with white "POLICE BOX" lettering, and the correct proportions relative to the 6-inch scale. Check the base for the standard Funko logo and ensure the figure snaps securely into the display stand without excessive play. If the vinyl feels glossy, the colors are faded, or the box lacks the proper series labeling, the item may be a reproduction.

The TARDIS 6" Pop! Television (SKU 227) is currently out of print and no longer produced by Funko. While it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, the figure remains widely available from third-party retailers and secondary marketplaces.
To grade or condition-check a Funko Pop! TARDIS (SKU 227), inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or loose parts, paying close attention to the TARDIS box and the Doctor's head. Verify that the figure is the correct 6-inch scale and that the packaging is intact if you are evaluating it as a sealed collectible. While professional grading services like Beckett or PSA can assign a numerical grade, most collectors perform a visual inspection for common defects such as hairline cracks or faded paint.
