The Tauntaun Deluxe is not considered rare, as it was a mass-produced 1/6th scale figure released by Sideshow Collectibles in 2015. It was widely available through major retailers and Sideshow's own distribution channels, making it a common item in the Star Wars collectibles market.

Sideshow Collectibles does not officially release a "Tauntaun Deluxe" figure with SKU 667413, as that specific identifier is not associated with a known Sideshow product in their 2015 catalog. Because the item description and SKU do not match any verified Sideshow release, the figure is likely a third-party reproduction, a mislabeled item, or a counterfeit. To authenticate it, you should compare the packaging, sculpt details, and paint application against verified images of official Sideshow releases, keeping in mind that Sideshow typically does not produce a standalone "Deluxe" Tauntaun figure.
The Tauntaun Deluxe was released in 2015 by Sideshow Collectibles.
Sideshow Collectibles discontinued the 2015 Tauntaun Deluxe statue, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase directly from the manufacturer. The item is currently only available through the secondary market, such as online resale platforms or private collectors.
Grading a Sideshow Tauntaun Deluxe involves a professional inspection of its paint application, sculpt details, and base integrity by a third-party service such as CGC, which will assign a numerical score based on the absence of defects like paint loss, cracks, or scratches. For a self-condition check, examine the figure under bright light to identify any scuffs, hairline cracks in the resin, or discoloration, and verify that all included accessories and the base are undamaged and free of stress marks.
