No, the Joker as Jack Frost Pop! Heroes is not considered rare. It was a standard mass-production release by Funko in 2020 and is widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. The Joker as Jack Frost Pop! (SKU 359) is a standard retail item that typically sells for between $10 and $15 in new, sealed condition. Because it is a common release from 2020, it does not command a premium price in the secondary market, and its value is largely tied to its original retail price.
To authenticate your 2020 The Joker as Jack Frost Pop! (SKU 359), first verify that the box features the standard Funko Pop! Heroes branding and that the figure itself matches the official product images regarding paint application and sculpt details. Check the bottom of the figure for the copyright stamp, which should read "© Funko Inc." along with the year of manufacture, and ensure the packaging is sealed with the original shrink wrap if you have not opened it. If the figure exhibits significant paint overspray, misaligned parts, or lacks the proper copyright markings, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it side-by-side with verified authentic examples from reputable sellers is the most reliable method for confirmation.

To grade this figure, you should inspect the vinyl for common defects such as mold lines, paint chips, or discoloration, paying particular attention to the white frosting effect on the hair and beard which can be prone to smudging. Check the eyes for alignment and clarity, and ensure the base is free of scuffs or cracks. Since this is a standard mass-produced vinyl figure, it does not require professional third-party grading like a trading card, so you can assess its condition yourself by comparing it to a known mint example.
