Is the The Thing: MacReady 1/6 Scale Figure - Timed Edition rare?
The Thing: MacReady 1/6 Scale Figure - Timed Edition is a limited production run, which generally increases its collectibility compared to standard mass-market figures. However, because it was released in 2023 and was available for a specific window, its current rarity depends heavily on how many units were produced and how many remain in original packaging. Without a confirmed production number, it is best described as a limited edition rather than strictly "rare" in the sense of being extremely scarce, but its value is driven by the timed availability and the popularity of the *The Thing* franchise.

How do I grade or condition-check a The Thing: MacReady 1/6 Scale Figure - Timed Edition?
To grade this figure, inspect the 1/6 scale body for paint chips, hairline cracks, or loose joints, paying close attention to the distinctive "MacReady" head sculpt and any included accessories. Check the packaging for shrink wrap condition, as the Timed Edition status makes original sealed boxes more valuable.
