No, the 2021 The Wolf Man Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1153) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item that was widely available through major retailers and Funko's own channels during its release window. Because it was not a limited edition, exclusive, or chase variant, it remains a common collectible in the secondary market.
The value of the 2021 Funko Pop! The Wolf Man (SKU 1153) varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is in the original box. As a standard, mass-produced vinyl figure, it typically sells for a modest price in the secondary market, often ranging from a few dollars to around ten dollars for a sealed item. Specific pricing can fluctuate based on current demand and local availability, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its exact current market value.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! The Wolf Man (SKU 1153), first verify that the box features the official Funko logo and the specific movie title, "The Wolf Man," along with the correct character name. Inspect the vinyl figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the standard Funko eyes, as poor quality control is a common indicator of counterfeits. Check the base of the figure for the copyright symbol and the year 2021, and ensure the packaging includes a holographic security sticker if it is a sealed retail item. If the figure exhibits significant flaws, off-brand fonts on the box, or lacks proper licensing marks, it is likely a replica.
The The Wolf Man Pop! Movies was released in 2021 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the 2021 *The Wolf Man* Pop! Movies figure, so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from official retailers. This item is now only available through the secondary market, such as eBay, where prices are typically higher than the original retail value.
To condition-check a The Wolf Man Pop! Movies figure, inspect the vinyl surface for manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, scratches, or seam lines, and verify that the eyes are properly aligned and free of chips. Check the base for scuffing or discoloration, and ensure the figure stands level without wobbling. If the figure is in its original box, examine the packaging for creases, tears, or fading, as the box condition significantly impacts the item's value.
