The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Tiana (Magic Dress) Pop! Disney is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released in 2023 as part of the regular Disney Princess line, meaning it was widely distributed and is generally easy to find in retail stores and online marketplaces.
The retail value of the Tiana (Magic Dress) Pop! Disney figure is typically between $12 and $15. As a standard 2023 release, its secondary market value generally hovers near retail price, meaning it is unlikely to command a significant premium unless sold in a sealed box with special packaging.
To authenticate your Tiana (Magic Dress) Pop! Disney, first verify that the box is sealed with the official Funko holographic sticker and that the figure itself has a smooth, uniform finish without visible mold lines or paint overspray. Check the base of the figure for a clear, legible copyright mark and the correct SKU number (1321) printed on the packaging. If the figure feels unusually light, the colors appear faded, or the plastic has a rough texture, it is likely a counterfeit, and you should compare it side-by-side with high-resolution images from an authorized retailer to identify specific discrepancies.
The Tiana (Magic Dress) Pop! Disney was released in 2023 by Funko.
The Tiana (Magic Dress) Pop! Disney (SKU 1321) is a 2023 release that is currently out of print and no longer available to purchase new from Funko or major retail partners. Because it is a past release, new stock is generally unavailable, and collectors typically must seek out pre-owned copies from secondary markets.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint imperfections, or misaligned parts, and verifying that the box is free of significant damage, creases, or fading. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party grading service such as Beckett (BGS) or CGC, which will assign a numerical score based on specific criteria like paint, plastic, and box condition. Be aware that grading fees and turnaround times vary by service, and the process is irreversible as the item will be sealed in a protective slab.
