The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the 2019 Tiger Woods Pop! Golf figure is not considered rare. It was a standard production item released as part of a popular sports series, meaning it was widely available in retail stores and online at the time of its launch. While specific variations like chase editions or misprints may be harder to find, the standard SKU 01 figure is common and easily found on the secondary market.
The value of a 2019 Tiger Woods Pop! Golf figure varies significantly based on its condition and whether it is in the original packaging, with unopened boxes typically commanding a higher price than loose figures. As a common release from a popular year, it generally trades for modest amounts on the secondary market, often ranging from $10 to $20 for a loose figure and slightly more for a sealed box. For the most accurate current valuation, you should check recent completed sales on platforms like eBay or specialized collectibles databases.
To authenticate your 2019 Tiger Woods Pop! Golf, first verify that the box is sealed with a holographic sticker and that the figure itself has the correct weight and solid plastic feel typical of genuine Funko products. Check the packaging for the official Funko logo, a clear UPC barcode, and a copyright date of 2019, as the 2019 release is a standard production item. If the figure feels hollow, has loose limbs, or lacks the distinct matte finish, it is likely a counterfeit, and you should compare the details against high-resolution images of the authentic SKU 01 from a reputable retailer.
The Tiger Woods Pop! Golf was released in 2019 by Funko.
Funko has discontinued the Tiger Woods Pop! Golf figure, so it is no longer in print or available for purchase new from official retailers. The item is now considered out of print, meaning new stock is limited to any remaining inventory at third-party resellers, which is typically sold at a premium over the original retail price.
To grade a Tiger Woods Pop! Golf figure, inspect the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and any signs of warping on the base or limbs. Check the packaging for creases, tears, or fading, as the box condition significantly impacts the value of sealed items. For unsealed figures, look for dust accumulation in crevices and verify that the eyes and facial features are intact and free from smudges.
