To grade the Hot Toys TMS 101 Kamen Rider Shadowmoon, you should inspect the figure for common manufacturing defects such as paint transfer, seam lines, or loose joints, as well as any signs of handling wear like scuffs on the boots or helmet. Since this is a 1/6 scale die-cast figure, check the articulation points for stress fractures and ensure the included accessories, such as the sword and alternate hands, are intact and free from damage. For a formal market valuation, you would need to submit the item to a professional grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical condition relative to the original factory standard.
