The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The TMS 101 Shadowmoon is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item released by Hot Toys in August 2023. It is widely available through official retail channels and secondary markets, meaning it does not possess the limited production numbers or scarcity that typically define rare collectibles.
I cannot provide a reliable valuation for the TMS 101 Shadowmoon, as I do not have access to real-time market data or verified sales records for this specific item. Collectible values fluctuate based on condition, market demand, and recent transaction history, which requires checking current listings on secondary markets.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it in person. To authenticate a Hot Toys product, you should examine the packaging for high-quality printing and the correct TMS 101 catalog number, and check the figure for consistent paint application, sharp sculpting, and the official Hot Toys logo on the base. If you purchased the item from an authorized retailer, retaining the original receipt and box is the most reliable method of proving its legitimacy.

The TMS 101 Shadowmoon is a limited-edition collectible figure that was released in 2023 and is no longer in production. As a result, it is not available for purchase new from Hot Toys or authorized retailers, and current availability is limited to the secondary market where prices may vary significantly.
There is no reliable, standardized grading service specifically for the Hot Toys TMS 101 Shadowmoon figure, as major grading companies like CGC typically focus on trading cards, comics, and specific action figure lines that differ from 1/6th scale collectibles. To assess its condition, you should inspect the figure for common defects such as paint transfer on the fabric, scratches on the plastic parts, and the integrity of the interchangeable hands and accessories. Since the item is relatively new, checking for original packaging condition and verifying that all included parts match the manufacturer's inventory list is the most practical method for determining value.
