I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it in person. To authenticate a Hot Toys product, you should check for the official Hot Toys logo, a matching SKU number on the packaging and the figure's base, and high-quality paint and sculpting details consistent with the manufacturer's standards. I cannot find reliable information confirming that Hot Toys manufactures a specific product line designated as "TMS 102" for a 2023 Darth Sidious figure. Because this specific SKU and model designation do not appear in standard Hot Toys catalogs, I cannot provide accurate grading criteria for this exact item. If you are referring to a standard Hot Toys 1/6th scale Darth Sidious figure, general condition checks should focus on paint transfer, joint integrity, and the clarity of the included accessories, but I recommend verifying the exact product name and SKU with the manufacturer first.
