Common questions about the TMS 106 Battle Hopper from Hot Toys (12-Aug-23).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The TMS 106 Battle Hopper is not considered a rare item. It is a standard production model from Hot Toys' Transformers Masterpiece series, which are mass-produced and widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While specific variants or limited editions may have lower print runs, the standard figure is generally accessible to collectors.
I cannot find reliable information regarding the specific market value of the Hot Toys TMS 106 Battle Hopper. Because this item appears to be a very recent release, there is not yet sufficient historical sales data to establish a stable resale price. I recommend checking current listings on secondary marketplaces like eBay to gauge its current market demand.
I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without examining it in person or reviewing high-resolution images of the product, packaging, and serial numbers. To authenticate your Hot Toys TMS 106 Battle Hopper, you should compare the figure's paint application, sculpting details, and packaging quality against verified images from the official Hot Toys website or reputable collector communities. Additionally, check for the presence of a valid holographic security sticker and a unique serial number on the box, which are standard features for genuine Hot Toys releases.
The TMS 106 Battle Hopper was released in 12-Aug-23 by Hot Toys.
The TMS 106 Battle Hopper is a limited edition collectible figure that is no longer in print. As a result, it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, and current availability is limited to the secondary market.
I cannot find reliable information on the specific grading criteria or condition-checking protocols for a Hot Toys item designated as "TMS 106 Battle Hopper." It is possible that this item number or name is a misidentification, as Hot Toys typically uses model numbers like MMS or MMSA for their 1/6 scale figures and does not appear to have a product line labeled "TMS." I recommend verifying the exact model number and name against official Hot Toys release lists to ensure you are looking at the correct product.
