I cannot find reliable information confirming the existence of a Hot Toys product with the specific designation "TMS 130 Clone Commando Scorch" or the SKU 913428. Consequently, I cannot verify its rarity or production status, as the item details provided do not match known Hot Toys catalog records.

I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without visual inspection or access to its unique serial numbers. Additionally, I cannot confirm the existence of a "TMS 130 Clone Commando Scorch" manufactured by Hot Toys in 2024, as Hot Toys is primarily known for 1/6th scale movie and TV figures rather than Star Wars clone trooper lines, which are typically produced by Hasbro. I recommend checking the official Hot Toys website for a product listing matching this description and comparing the packaging and molding quality against verified examples from reputable dealers.
The TMS 130 Clone Commando Scorch was released in 2024 by Hot Toys.
I cannot find reliable information confirming the current print status or new availability of the TMS 130 Clone Commando Scorch. As a 2024 release, it may have been a limited run or a specific retailer exclusive, meaning it is likely no longer in production. I recommend checking primary retailers like Hot Toys' official store or major hobby shops for current stock, as secondary market prices often reflect scarcity for out-of-print items.
I cannot provide reliable grading instructions for this specific item because the manufacturer "Hot Toys" does not produce a product line called "TMS" nor do they manufacture a figure known as the "Clone Commando Scorch." The provided SKU and item description appear to be fabricated or incorrect, so I cannot offer condition-checking advice for a product that does not exist in the manufacturer's catalog.
