The item you described is not a Hot Toys product, as Hot Toys does not manufacture 1/12th scale "TMS" series figures with that specific SKU or UPC. The "TMS" designation and the 104th Battalion Wolfpack Clone Trooper are associated with the Third Man Studios (TMS) line, which is distinct from Hot Toys. To authenticate your figure, verify that the packaging and base markings indicate Third Man Studios, and check for the specific TMS catalog number rather than the Hot Toys MPN TMS142, which is likely a data error in your source.

To grade this figure, inspect the paint application on the armor for any chipping, fading, or misalignment, particularly on the edges of the pauldrons and helmet. Check the joints and ball sockets for excessive play or looseness, and verify that the sculpted details on the fabric and gear are free from molding defects like flash or sink marks. Assess the overall articulation range to ensure the figure can achieve its advertised poses without stress, and confirm that all accessories, such as the blaster and helmet, are present and undamaged.
