I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it in person. To authenticate your figure, you should check for the official Hot Toys logo, the correct SKU (910952), and the UPC on the packaging, and compare the sculpting quality and paint application against official manufacturer images. If the packaging or figure appears to be a third-party reproduction, you may need to consult a professional appraiser or the retailer where it was purchased.

Hot Toys typically produces its 1/6th scale figures in limited, one-time production runs, and the Kate Bishop figure (TMS074) from the Marvel Legends line was released in 2022. As of now, this specific item is out of print and is no longer available to purchase new directly from Hot Toys or major retail partners. Collectors seeking a new copy must look to the secondary market, where prices often exceed the original retail value due to limited availability.
Grading a Hot Toys 1/6th scale figure like the TMS 74 Kate Bishop involves a visual inspection for common manufacturing defects and wear, such as paint scratches, hairline cracks in the plastic, or discoloration on the fabric costume. You should check the articulation points for looseness and ensure the face is free of molding flaws, as these factors significantly impact value. While third-party grading services like CGC or Beckett can provide a standardized score, most collectors assess condition by comparing the item against known factory flaws for this specific SKU.
